This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor looking to step up into a hands-on leadership role. As Assistant Manager, youll support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations. This includes overseeing the front-of-house team, maintaining high service standards, managing shifts, and ensuring the smooth running of the bar, restaurant, and guest services.

Youll be a key point of contact for staff and guests, bringing energy, professionalism, and leadership to every shift.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy pub, restaurant, or hotel
