Theyre now looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the front-of-house team and ensure guests enjoy a consistently outstanding fine dining experience.

£34,490 per annum plus circa £12,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager

Supporting the day-to-day running of the hotels award-winning 3 Rosette restaurant
Leading and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, elevated service
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive team development and guest satisfaction
Being hands-on during service, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable
Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
Bringing strong food and wine knowledge to the floor and assisting with training and mentoring

This role would suit someone with proven experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants, a calm and confident approach, and a genuine passion for delivering excellence.
